How the Gang Sheet Builder works

A gang sheet is one long DTF transfer with many designs printed together — you cut them apart and press each one. Pack it well and you pay less per design.

   Pick a sheet size

   Choose a 12" or 17" wide roll preset. Fixed lengths show a flat price; the "custom length" preset lets you type any length (min 2") and is billed at $14.50 per square foot.

   Upload your artwork

   Drop PNG, JPEG or PDF files (transparent PNG is best for DTF). Each file lands on the sheet at its native print size; you can add the same file more than once.

   Size & place each image

   Click an image to select it, then drag it anywhere on the sheet. Use the orange corner handle to resize, the top handle to rotate freely (it snaps at 0/90/180/270°), or the fields in the side panel for exact numbers.

   Check the DPI badge

   Green = crisp print. Red (under 150 DPI) means the image is being stretched too large and will print soft. Make it smaller or upload a higher-resolution file. You'll be warned once more before adding a low-res sheet to the cart.

   Add to cart

   The price updates live as the sheet grows. Set quantity (how many identical sheets you want), add notes for the printer, then Add Sheet to Cart — or save it to your Library/Templates to reorder later.
